ads_management and ads_read permissions) - Page data: pages you manage, page engagement metrics, and page insights (via

c) Automatically Collected Information
- IP address and approximate geographic location

4. Meta Platform Data, Special Provisions
We are committed to complying with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Regarding data obtained through Meta APIs:
- We do not sell, license, or transfer Facebook or Instagram user data to any third party, including data brokers, ad networks, or information resellers.
- We do not use Meta platform data for surveillance, profiling unrelated to our service, or building independent user profiles for third parties.
- We use Meta platform data solely to provide requested Afooga service features.
- We will delete all Meta platform data associated with your account if you disconnect your Facebook/Instagram account, request data deletion, or if Meta requests deletion.
- We process Meta data in accordance with Meta's data use restrictions and the permissions you have explicitly granted.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted third parties that help us operate our platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
- Meta Platforms: when you use connected-account features, we interact with Meta APIs on your behalf.

6. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Account data: retained for the duration of your active account plus 30 days after account closure.
- Connected account data: retained for the duration of your subscription to provide historical reporting. Deleted within 90 days of account closure.
- Meta platform data: deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting your Facebook/Instagram account or requesting deletion.
- Waitlist data: retained until you request removal or we no longer need it.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
- Secure storage of API credentials and tokens on server-side only

All Users
